To open an account on bad 5, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the bad 5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Before making a deposit, please check the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. bad 5 reserves the right to suspend accounts or hold funds in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. Using third-party accounts or payment methods to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited. All transaction records are stored in the platform dashboard and will be considered final in the event of any dispute.
Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. Automated software, bots, or scripts may not be used to operate on the platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or steal their information is a criminal offense. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the bad 5 platform are the intellectual property of bad 5. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is prohibited. Users are solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform. bad 5 reserves the right to take necessary legal action to protect its platform and intellectual property.
Bad 5 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law. bad 5 is not responsible for issues caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the security of their own internet connection and devices. Information displayed on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
Bad 5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations — without prior notice. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bad 5 may take action in accordance with its established policies. Relevant provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
